All Appointments Must Be Booked Online

Book an appointment with us online! Choose a day and time that works for you, and we'll confirm your appointment through e-mail after your request has been received. You can book both a consultation and service on the same day if you schedule in advance, but please make sure your hair is tangle-free to save time and ensure an accurate assessment. Please review our policies and procedures before booking. Important information below.

All appointments should be scheduled online through my BOOKING WEBSITE.

Acceptable Payments: Cash, CashApp, Zelle & Credit Card

A NON REFUNDABLE NON TRANSFERABLE deposit is required to book an appointment and will be deducted from the total price of the service.

If you cancel an appointment, you must pay a new deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that a client needs to cancel for any reason please text 980-230-9882.

Deposits are non refundable and non transferable to any future appointments. Appointments that are missed or cancelled late require 50% of service pre-payment to rebook. If you need to change your service to a different one, I require 24 hours notice or you will still be charged for your existing appointment! DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

No extra guests nor kids if not being serviced. These rules applies to each client as I try to be fair and serve you with professionalism.

COLOR

A non-refundable deposit is required for custom color, color correction, and other services, and a consultation is mandatory. The exact number of sessions needed to achieve the desired color on previously colored hair cannot be determined until the service starts. Please note that these services are not available on the same day.
